Garlic Chili Oil Noodles
1 package ramen noodles
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chiu chow style chili oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch black sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced diagonally, or to taste
- Over high heat, bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Cook until the ramen noodles are soft, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a wok over medium-high heat, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, and chili oil.
- Stir in the garlic for 30 to 45 seconds, or until aromatic. Take the pan off the heat. Drain the ramen noodles and throw them in the pan to coat. To serve, top with sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy!
